Reba our server was very attentive and always checked our table. Great customer service and food took alittle longer but she made sure to refill our Caesar salad and bread.

GG is an incredible bartender! Even though she was super busy, she made sure every guest was taken care of and had a great time. Her energy is infectious, and she kept everyone laughing all night. She's not only amazing at making drinks but also at creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes people want to come back. GG is a true asset to the team!

Came here on Sunday for the first time in years. The time before that, I remember the table clothes were paper and they give customers crayons to draw on the table. It seemed like they were a little short-staffed because service took a bit of time. I saw tables seated before us who got their food before we did even though we ordered before them. I had to ask my server twice for silverware because she forgot the first time. For food, I ordered the seafood ravioli and it doesn't look like a lot in the photo, but it was actually the perfect amount. This dish have a generous amount to shrimp and the ravioli had the perfect stuffing ratio. I managed to finish but everyone at my table got take out containers cause the portions were so huge. Ambiance wise, the tables were a bit close together and some of the seats were almost back to back.

I Mentioned this before on one of my Instagram post I believe. I said that I don't normally do reviews of Chain restaurants, but, this place deserves one. First, that oh my wow braddah dang Rosemary Bread that comes to you hot and fresh is so so good. Then, my go to now is the Spinach and Sun Dried Tomato Pasta side dish. Oh my again!!! Love that thing! My main course is usually Chicken Marsala, although I do get the Chicken Parmesan someone's too and they both hit the spot. That Chicken Marsala though is probably my favorite. I honestly don't think I tried anything that wasn't good here. And the service has been excellent! Definitely be back here. Oh, and they really came through for us last Christmas Eve. They were able to accommodate us for our Annual Christmas Eve Dinner when our original plans to go somewhere else fell through (was our fault). But, so glad it did because we had such a great time and the food and service was amazing. Oh, and try the Cream Soda...SO GOOD!

I'm on Romano's email mailing list and received a BOGO special notifying me that their Monday special was for Chicken Scaloppine which includes chicken breast, artichokes, mushrooms, capers, prosciutto, lemon butter and capellini. I never tried this so took advantage of this special. OMG! This dish was awesome...I loved it! I will definitely order this again! I took the other one home so since I still had my leftover, I called my son to pick up the full order so he could try it...he enjoyed it! My husband always orders Chicken Marsala and as always, loved it! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with my questions.

Chase made our lunch date very enjoyable. He was busy but never forgot us. He is very charming and made our coffee drinks just perfect. It hit the spot with our cannolis. The bread that comes before our meal was sooo good. It was warm and crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. We definitely be back. And hope Chase is working.

My first time at any Macaroni Grill and it was a pleasant surprise. We waited for a table about 20 minutes and were seated in the front bar area. The bar is pretty and spacious. I wouldn't mind returning for happy hour or a quick bite. We had spinach and artichoke dip, lasagna bites which were larger battered and fried lasagna points/triangles w marinara for dipping, pepperoni pizza, and a chicken scallopine pasta dish with roasted tomatoes. We also ordered the key lime wave dessert. The pasta was my favorite and the bread and oil is always welcomed by our family. Our server was patient and helpful. Overall, Romano's Macaroni Grill was a good experience and I'd return for sure for soup and pasta. It also seems like a nice place for a dinner party because of the atmosphere, service and extensive menu.

Checked out Romano's for my birthday dinner because I love pasta but also there was other entrees that I knew my family would love. It took a little while to get seated as there was no hostess out front. We waited for about 10mins. Once we were seated, our server Myles was quick to greet us and make us feel welcomed. Ambiance was nice and comfortable. Ambient lighting and just overall good atmosphere. The restaurant was about 45% full and it was nice to see a lot of local families. Our food was amazing. Very tasty and a lot. Enough for us to take home and have for another serving of dinner. Our overall experience was great!
